Life was pretty hard in depressed Rivers End after Stell Pharmaceuticals closed shop. Then Flynn—whos been dating Morgan for a scant three months—is left for dead by a hit-and-run-driver. Three months later, seeking closure, Morgan’s BFF Toni suggests uploading an image to FriendShare. The computer screen shoots back a message to tag the photo as Evan Murphy rather than Flynn Doyle. From that moment forward, Morgan enters a dangerous adventure of false identities, death threats for whistle-blowing, homesteading on abandoned property, and a cop on the take. Throughout Harrington’s lively plot twists, her protagonist has one sure thing that all teens know they can bank on—the unadulterated mutual understanding and affection that best friends share as they explore romance while the world around them spirals out of control. A Thrilling, Suspenseful Read
By Mundie Moms & Mundie Kids Book Reviews
A thrilling, suspenseful read, Forget Me is a twisted story packed with mystery, murder, deception, and romance. With plot twists that I didn't see coming, this was a book that kept me hooked till the last page.
It's been awhile since I've read a good murder mystery, and Forget Me didn't disappoint. I enjoyed getting swept up into the story. I wanted to know answers just as much as Morgan did. Normally I can start to figure things out rather quickly, but Harrington does a great job at keeping her story's secrets buried, only to slowly unravel them bit by bit, keeping me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I love it when the story's mystery is one you think should be obvious, but as you keep reading, you start wondering just who's to blame, and if your suspicions were right. When the truths are finally uncovered you're shocked at just how many characters were involved, and who's to blame.
Harrington cleverly tangled together the murder, mystery and suspense in this book. Part of me thought one thing was going on, when really it was something completely different than the shocking truths. The characters in this book are great. I liked getting to know Morgan. She's a smart girl who doesn't take no for an answer. She does do two things I rolled my eyes at, one had to do with her and Flynn and the other was something she does later on in the story with Evan, which to me crossed the line. I won't say what that is, but I will say with her dating Flynn, I was shocked that she didn't know more about him. I liked how that was addressed in the story. Flynn's character definitely adds to the mystery that surrounds Morgan's story. Even when he's not present in the book, he's still very much apart of it, and fuels Morgan's need for answers.
I really enjoyed all the character relationships. I totally loved Evan. He's such a patient guy, and I really liked how Harrington developed his character, and made him question and address some of the things I was wondering. I loved how she didn't rush Evan and Morgan's relationship. Toni and Morgan are best friends, and have a realistic relationship. They are there for each other, confide in each other, support each other, and are overly protective of each other. Which comes in handy when it comes to Reece. Aside from Evan and Morgan, I really liked Toni and Reece. They're great together and gave the story some of it's funny moments of the story. I'll be honest, I did not see that relationship coming. Which was great! I love that surprised. Their relationship is well developed, and like Evan and Morgan's not rushed at all. Reece is definitely a character who surprised me the most with this story. There's so much more to him than when he first enters the story.
The romance in this story is great. It compliments all that's going on, and I liked that Harrington doesn't allow any of her elements to over shadow each other. Instead the romance, and the suspense and everything else that's going on, work together, and compliment each other. I hope that doesn't sound crazy, which I'm sure it does. There are times I feel some elements over shadow other crucial elements in a story, vs the author utilizing those elements to tell the story. Harrington utilizing everything to work together in her story, and it's fabulous.
Forget Me has plenty of suspense and the right amount of sweet character chemistry that makes this a read I'd definitely recommend adding to your summer reading lists!

I remember seeing the cover of this book last year and I loved the creepy vibe I got by just looking at it. It felt hunted. And I need to read it. When I saw the copy available on Edelweiss, I had to get it. Unfortunately, I was denied. Come upon this year, I see that Yara receives the copy and I immediately asked her to send it to me. Thank you, Yara - I freaking adored this book. I loved it to pieces.
I felt in love.
I was hooked.
Yes, hooked. This is the correct word to describe how I felt about this book. I was hooked within seconds of reading. I couldn’t put it down. At all. It was 10pm at night and I didn’t care. It demanded my full attention. I was on edge trying to put the puzzle together because that is what I do. But with the crazy plots and reveals, I decided to let it drive me to the madness and surprise me. It. Was. Worth. It. Ah, the suspense was incredible. When things were getting all crazy, I seriously had the chills. I had to hold my breath because I was freaking the hell out.
I love reading mystery books. But to be honest, in the Young Adult world, most of these lose its focus on the mystery and focus on the romance, or something else. The mystery is completely forgotten. Don’t get me wrong, I love romance novels, but when I want to read a mystery book, I want to read a mystery book. I want to break my head to come up with the correct answer. Anyways, Forget Me focuses on the mystery throughout the entire book. Freaking finally… and I loved every minute.
Forget Me begins when Morgan unexpectedly runs into Flynn, her mysterious boyfriend. Morgan is worry because Flynn looks anxious and asks him to open up. But Flynn has other things in mind and to keep her safe, he breaks up with her. Within seconds of breaking up with Morgan, Flynn is hit by a car. Crazy right? After months of his death, Morgan is unable to move on. Until one day Morgan’s best friend, Toni, encourage Morgan to post a picture of Flynn to a social media site as a step of moving on. With tagging software, Flynn is tagged as Evan, a guy that lives 3 hours from her town. The fact that Flynn is tagged is crazy because Flynn never liked Morgan posting any pictures of him while they dated. Not even one. He was very secretive. So why is this software tagging him as someone else? Why was Flynn so mysterious? Who is Evan? Is this the real “Flynn”? Did Flynn really get hit by accident or not? Was their relationship real? These are only few of the many questions Morgan thinks of and when she tries to investigate, she runs into serious danger.
Forget Me is full of secrets, revelations, and traps. Seriously, I loved it! Even thought I tend to try to come up with theories, I was glad I gave up with this one. I wouldn’t have guess right. I was completely off. It was too crazy to even think of such theory. Ah, I loved it. So yes, I cannot wait for the final copy because this is a must buy! And my friend, I highly recommend that you pick a copy as well!

A fabulous mystery!
By Andi S.
Personally I love a good mystery book. I’ve been a fan since I was young abs read The Westing Game for the first time. I love the hints and the small clues that try to give away the end. I will admit that most that I’ve read I have figured out early, but doesn’t take my love away. So when I heard about Forget Me I was very excited. It seemed creepy and weird and totally up my alley to be filled with clues. And now that I have read Forget Me I can report that it lived up to the hope in my heard. It was really really good!
Forget Me is about Morgan, a girl that list her boyfriend Flynn in and accident 3 months prior. Since Flynn’s death Morgan has been wracked with guilt over what she could have done differently that may have changed things. Trying to move on, she listens to her best friend Toni and decides to share a picture of Flynn on FriendShare. Only FriendShare is convince Flynn is actually someone named Evan and upon further investigation Morgan is convinced too since Evan and Flynn are dead ringers for each other. Not sure what to think Morgan digs into both Flynn and Evan’s lives and finds out nothing is what she expected at all.
This book was a massive mind game. The whole time I was reading I was trying to figure out if Evan was really Flynn or what the story was. It 100% kept me on my toes and the end was pretty shocking. Plus it helped a lot that I liked Morgan, Evan, Toni and Reece who were all really big part of the story and help in figuring out what exactly was going on, if Flynn was Evan and what Flynn was hiding. They all just sort of worked together in an interesting way as they were all so very very different. The relationships added to the story and I for one appreciated that.
All in all Forget Me was a great story. It had really great elements that all worked well together and you could tell when reading that the author took time and plotting all the tiny nuances out. It was a great mystery and really kept me on the end of the seat with curiosity. It is something I would definitely suggest in picking up. It will keep you interested I can guarantee that. Plus as a side note, the author slipped in two of the Boston Bruins player’s names so it is a little hide and seek if you are a hockey fan. I would recommend this one.
