One of the most interesting aspects of the book is the way in which the subjects are presented having in mind a couple of prevailing guiding questions: why and where is this formulation of quantum mechanics more useful than others? And how can the formalism be applied in specific circumstances? I particularly enjoyed the chapters on scattering and diffraction, where concepts from the wave picture are used but then applied in a determinantal framework. Heisenberg Deserved Better

This work attempts to offer an insight into an important issue of QM, but it delivers, instead, a complex and often incoherent exposition of its main purpose. Hoping to maintain completeness, a needed clarity is all but lost. The issue at stake is very important but isn't delivered with an attempt to maintain an understanding of the main idea. It's rigor that's been traded for simple understanding.

It has a different way of bringing about quantum mechanics. I really recommend if you want to start studying a "new" language of quantum mechanics. Not for beginners.
