Nothing else like it for Human Resources job candidates!

This book is essential for newbies, managers, directors and executives in HR who want to change jobs. Practical and very comprehensive. Getting a job in HR has changed dramatically in recent years. It's a whole lot tougher and much more competitive. However, you still need to present a well thought out and persuasive resume before any employer will even talk to you. And this book shows you a ton of different ways of doing that successfully and getting interviews. Also, in the old days, resumes were looked at by people, not computers. This book really opened my eyes as to what I needed to do both online and offline to best position my credentials, win the battle with computerized screening and get recruiters and hiring executives interested. The book is loaded with HR case studies and sample resumes that are easy to understand and are right on the money too.
I highly recommend it!
